Beyond Sunday: Pleading Prayers
Do we care what we look like or how we are perceived when we pray? We see Abraham and Jesus plead with God without concern of how they appear before Him or to anyone else. We can approach the throne room with desperation, trusting God to hold us fully in His arms.
Beyond Sunday: Hospitality in a Culture of Hostility
We bear witness to walking with Jesus as we offer hospitality and prioritize the presence of Jesus to the presentation of Jesus.
Beyond Sunday: Walking with Jesus Means Loving Our Neighbors
Do we love God? Do we love our neighbor? Jesus responds to the question, ‘how do I inherit eternal life?’ with the Shema: love God and love others. Who are the ‘others’ in our life? How is God calling us to love them? We love our neighbor by showing mercy.
Beyond Sunday: Walking in Community
Jesus modeled community. Sending his followers 2 by 2 to prepare the way and proclaim the Kingdom of God is near. Walking with Jesus is meant to be done in community. When we are frail, weak, broken, tired, and weary, the Jesus-shaped community walks with us to remind us of His presence and His power.
Beyond Sunday: Evidence of Walking with Jesus
As the Holy Spirit empowers us to walk with Jesus we will see evidence of the Spirit in our life. The cost is not small but the reward is eternal. We must trust Jesus as we walk with Him on this journey.

Beyond Sunday: Answering the Call
Jesus is coming soon. Whoever is thirsty, let them come and take the free gift of the water of life. We are called to unity and oneness in Jesus. Will we answer the call, receive salvation, and walk with Jesus?
Beyond Sunday: Guide for ALL people
God invites all peoples/nations to walk with Him. From God, and in Jesus, we are offered life. We hope for all people to come, follow Jesus and receive new life. Will I accept this invitation to follow Jesus and will I extend the invitation to those around me?
Beyond Sunday: God redeems, restores, and makes things new
Redemption brings restoration. God restores and makes things new. Will we trust Him to redeem the brokenness in us and around us to bring about restoration so we can experience new life in Him?
Beyond Sunday: Led by a Good Shepherd
God is the Good Shepherd. Jesus is both the Lamb and the Good Shepherd. Redemption comes through the Lamb and the Shepherd leads to abundant life. Do we desire to be led to springs of living water and comforted by this Good Shepherd?
Beyond Sunday: the Lamb Worthy of Praise
Jesus is worthy of our praise. Worthy is the Lamb. Jesus is the Lamb of God who offered himself for the life of the world and we bow and worship him, all heavens and earth. Do we recognize Jesus is the Lamb and receive the gift of His sacrifice?
Beyond Sunday: God Who Is, Who Was, and Is to Come
We’ve read God through the Psalms. Now we look to better understand His Son Jesus who is, who was, and who is to come. Jesus is the cornerstone the builders rejected and sits at the right hand of the Father. Will we trust the Story so we might have life in Jesus?
Beyond Sunday: His Love Endures Forever
Evidenced by His resurrection, His love endures forever. Give thanks, for His love endures forever. Are we living as the resurrection or satisfied with something less?
Beyond Sunday: God Is Our Rescuer
Out of God’s unfailing love for us He rescues us and delivers us from our afflictions. In our affliction do we see God as our rescuer or do we run to others to help us in our time of need?
