Common Grounds Manager:
Common Grounds Espresso is a ministry of C3. We get to be part of seeing C3’s mission coming alive through offering hospitality, cultivating community, and serving with excellence. The Common Grounds Manager will be responsible for the workings and stocking of Common Grounds Espresso, the training of new baristas, including communicating the “why” behind this ministry. Facility Coordinator:
The Facility Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility of Centralia Community Church (C3). This staff member will perform communication duties such as managing the “facility” church email account, calling/emailing facility users (whether in-house or community), organizing the use of rooms and resources at C3, and other facility administrative tasks. They will also be responsible for resetting the Sanctuary and Family Ministry Hallway each week and cleaning as needed. Approximately 2-4 hours/week, starting at $16.66-$17/hr. C3 Building and Grounds Coordinator:
The Building and Grounds Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and upkeep of the C3 facility and surrounding grounds. This includes ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building, as well as maintaining the landscaping and external areas. The Coordinator will also work closely with daycare management to ensure the facility meets safety and cleanliness standards critical for children’s activities. The role requires proactive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs and improvements. This role will be under the leadership of the Executive Pastor.
